Only 21 Graded by SGC! While the majority of Ty Cobb cards were released to a national audience, regional depictions that were issued in far lesser quantities are seldom found. From 1911 to 1914, General Baking Co. of Buffalo, New York inserted 25 baseball card subjects into loaves of their bread products. Graded 1 Poor by SGC. Perhaps the most alluring example of Cobb extant, the obverse displays Cobb tightly gripping his wooden weapon while glaring intently against a mustard backdrop. The front surface displays moderate wrinkling apart from Cobb's intricately crafted illustration. Additional water staining does little to impact the Hall of Famer's overall eye appeal. A near dime sized patch of reverse paper loss accounts for the overall assessment.
