Greetings from pretty much everywhere! Tour exotic locations, tropical islands, historical monuments and lots more with this treasure chest assortment of 19th-20th Century postcards and ephemera. Featured are (350+) postcards in average (VG-EX to EX-MT) condition, with a small number better and a small number lesser. Comprised of linen types (75); location booklets (17); color real photo types (89); black and white real photo types (93), historic figures (6); premium photo brands (44); and miscellaneous (30+); this collection take you from the beaches of Florida and Texas to remote places such as the Far East and the capitals of Europe. On the way you'll encounter ships, aircraft, animals, palaces, interesting people, military regiments, canons, forts and your basic tourist traps.


The premium photo brands include "Colortone", "Plastichrome", "Photochrome" and other similar types. Some of the top attractions are: Lincoln Centennial, President Howard Taft and family, President Lyndon Johnson and family, Manassas Battlefield, Fort Sumter, Eiffel Tower, Hotel National-Havana Cuba, the Louvre, Arlington, Mount Vernon and Key West. Other notables are Judge Roy Bean, decapitated Chinese pirates, an Artic Owl, U.S.S. San Diego, a camouflaged WWI ship, a good luck black cat with mini-photo foldout and a really big potato.
